Pioneer Lodge is proposed to cater for 10,500 workers. The dormitory is designed to comprise of 4 blocks of 4-storey workers dormitory and 4 blocks of 9 storey workers dormitory. Catering to the need for rest and recreation, 1 block of 2 storey is designed to provide tenants with amenities such as multipurpose rooms, gymnasiums as well as commercial amenities such as minimarts, canteens and other retail stores.
